Life's Path is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to partnering with our Haitian neighbors in identifying and implementing sustainable opportunities towards the relief of needless suffering. Life's Path assists with the development of job opportunities and educational training in order to enable Haitian men, women, and children. Life's Path is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing livestock, agricultural training, and various entrepreneurial and educational employment opportunities in order to improve the lives of those who struggle daily for reliable sources of food and income.
What if you were forced to give up one of your children because you had no means to care for them?
There are 1.2 million children under the age of 5 in Haiti. Over half of these children suffer from malnutrition and most never get the chance to attend school. With your help, we can change these alarming statistics!
Through oppression, natural calamities, and environmental destruction, Haiti has become one of the most impoverished countries in the world. One in ten children dies before the age of 5 due to malnutrition. Mothers are often forced to give up their children due to lack of resources required to support them, often these children become restaveks.
Children can be taught to read and write; however, if there are no opportunities beyond education, what chance do they have? Although education offers hope for a better life, there are limitations to what it can actually provide.
Life's Path assists with the development of job opportunities and educational training in order to enable Haitian men, women, and children to manage and maintain their own lives in order to provide basic needs for their family.
